Due to customisation, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please ensure you thoroughly check your selections and spelling before submitting your order.

Since our products are made to order, please allow 5-10 business days for turnaround. After that, additional time is required for delivery within New Zealand.
