Refunds

Please note, due to customisation we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please ensure you thoroughly check your selections and spelling before submitting your purchase. You will not be eligible for a refund if damage occurs by washing or ironing incorrectly. Please follow the care instructions correctly.

Faulty
Please inspect your order upon receiving your package. Tiare Collab cannot accept some items for return unless these items are damaged/faulty upon arrival. Please contact tiare.collab@gmail.com within 2 days of receipt of your order with the information of the damage/fault.

Processing
If your refund is approved, you can choose to receive a replacement item or be refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take your bank or credit card company 5-7 business days to process the refund.Â
